Hello all!

My name is Kelsey Flynn, and I'm a Web Developer & Designer from Alberta, Canada. I continuously seek to be a "Jack-of-all-trades", pulling bits of expertise from other fields, and always searching for a new skill to learn. I spend my free time scavenging through thrift stores to find hidden gems, which often draws a raccoon comparison from friends! I tend to be the person who spends time going through things people discard to find the value in it. This is, at its core, why I enjoy working in technology, because this field is built upon ongoing improvement rather than stagnation with the status quo. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics & Business, and before pivoting into tech I worked in HR & compliance, administration and remedial education in Canada and internationally. The additional skills I bring to the table were developed in these fields - such as project management, organization, research methods and communication. Thinking outside the norm, working within the system and organizing the chaos in the difference is what I thrive on.
